The Importance of Groups

In our lives it is extremely important to be part of groups or organizations. Therefore, I agree that groups or organizations play such an important role in our everyday lives for many reasons. One of them, it can help me to success in my professional live. Also, group of friends can help me to learn new experience every day and solve some problems related to my live.

First of all, groups or organizations are considered to be an important factor that can help me to success in my live. For example, if I am working for a company or organization, it is much better to work in a team than working alone. Let’s say that I have to finish some work related to a specific project, and that work should be done perfectly and in a short time. Therefore, I have to study that project and do all the work alone, so it will take me time and it could not be that perfect. On the other hand, if I am working as a part of a group or a team, we can divide that work. Each one can take a part of that project and concentrate on it, so the all work can be done perfectly with fewer mistakes. Even more, it is going to take a short time for that project to finish. That means I succeed in my work.

Second, in our lives it is important to have a group or a bunch of friends that I can spend time with, and some friends who can help me to learn new experience. For example, if I have a fewer friends or a small group, this means I will share the same things every day, so there is nothing new in my live. Also, let’s say that I have three friends, so if two of them are busy, I will find myself alone. As a result, I did not get any new experience. On the other hand, if I have a big group, this means I can share something new every day. As soon as I have a lot of friends in my group, I can spend a lot of time with them even if some of them are busy. Additionally, if I have a problem in my live, these friends can help me by giving me more than one opinion.

In conclusions, although some people might think that working alone in organization or getting fewer friends in the group much better, it is really important to be a part of a team in any organization to get the work done perfectly and in a short time. Even more, it is obvious that having a lot of friends can lead you to get new experience everyday and solve some problems related to your live.
